There’s a difference between “Leaders”, and bosses.
“Leaders” are elevated by God – (Psalms 75:7), and bosses are chosen, or elected by Man. Bosses see things from the arrogance of pride, but “Leaders” see things as they form up-to-the-minute.
“Leaders” are born, but bosses need training to lead. Read how King David was exalted by the Profit, as it is told inside the Holy Bible – (1st Samuel 16:1-I2); I could go on. It’s lonely being a “Leader”, but it’s lucrative being a boss.
“Leaders” don’t always get the prize, but they lay the foundation for the prize to be won.
“Leaders” are not put into leadership positions, it’s assumed; again – (1st Samuel 16:1-12).
“Leaders” are ahead of the norm/curve, but bosses claim they are.
“Leaders” must rewind to be in the moment, also “Leaders” are routinely misunderstood because of that trait.
“Leaders” are last – (Mark 9:35), and their day is long. People ask “Leaders” why do they do it, but “Leaders” answer — In comparison to what? People tell “Leaders” how others are exploiting them, but little do they know, “Leaders” can’t be manipulated.
“Leaders” don’t feel measured; they won’t ripple the water, but if blind eyes try to cross-examine them, they’ll just simply reshape the question so that those eyes are opened – (John 8:7).
“Leaders” are not feared, they attract. You don’t teach leadership, it’s exposed.
Leadership can’t be handed down. It first must be recognized, then shared, because “Leaders” don’t get into other “Leaders” way, for the reason that they all share the same core – (Titus 1:7,11).
“Leaders” are led, it’s just by that All Knowing, Almighty Power greater than themselves; that Power who knew them before they entered the womb – (Jeremiah 1:5). Some “Leaders” know this, and some soon enough find it out, or they’re a boss.
